Love to eat pizza but how can we eat healthy?

:) It's okie to eat anything that are not healthy every once a while, but try to balance it out.

Try starting off with a healthy salad to help fill you up instead of bread sticks. Then you can try the vegetarian style pizza with thin crust. Avoid pepperoni and salami, order it with vegetables and mushrooms, this will reduce the fat content of the pizza.

If you are still worried about eating unhealthy, you may want to take the cheese off from the pizza. Also, blot the oil with paper towel to remove excess grease. Drink a lot of warm water with pizza - No Carbonated drinks!
