Low carb and tasty glass noodles

Just a quick dish I cooked and it's yummy.

Ingredient: 200gm glass noodles (soaked), sliced chicken breast meat (season with soya sauce and pepper), shitake mushroom, chili pepper, abby shrimp and shredded carrot.

Seasoning: 2 table spoon soya sauce, 1/2 table spoon oyster sauce, 2 table spoon sesame oil.


1. Heat oil and 1 tbsp sesame oil in a work and saute garlicuntil lightly golden. Add in chicken, shrimps, carrot, chili pepper and shitake mushroom.

2. Add a bit more oil because glass noodles tend to stick to the bottom of most pans.

3. Add the glass noodles, pour in water and seasoning.

4. Stir occasionally so the noodles won't stick to the bottom of the pan.

5. Toss well to mix until the noodles become translucent and dry.
